Hosting and server logs
This website is hosted with World4You Internet Services GmbH in Austria. Requests generate log data including IP address, requested URL, referrer, browser, operating system and time. Processing serves secure delivery and troubleshooting, based on legitimate interests (Art. 6(1)(f) GDPR). World4You states that website and error logs are deleted after two weeks.
Local assets and external links
Images, scripts and styles are served locally. No external fonts, embedded maps, advertising or website analytics are used. Map, tourism and other external sites open only when you follow a link; the destination then receives connection data under its own privacy terms.
Storage of settings
The booking tools load without a separate activation step. The former Easybooking choice is no longer used; our website code deletes the previous kitz_consent cookie. Temporary session storage may retain the page position during a language change and removes that entry on return.
Easybooking: prices, booking and enquiries
Prices, booking and enquiry forms are supplied by zadego GmbH, Anton-Melzer-Straße 10, 6020 Innsbruck, Austria. The booking form loads automatically when the page opens; the other modules load when their respective tab is opened. This transmits IP address, browser and connection information to Easybooking. The currently supplied booking scripts contain functions for the i18next language cookie and a sessionId stored in Local Storage, which is sent with requests to Easybooking. The provider code also contains logging or statistics functions. Local Storage entries generally remain until removed by the browser, the user or the provider code. Cookies and site data can be deleted or restricted in browser settings; this may affect the booking tools. Information you enter, including name, contact details, travel dates and party size, is processed to answer enquiries or perform bookings (Art. 6(1)(b) GDPR). Our own website code does not collect payment details. Payments follow the providers shown during booking. You may also contact us by telephone or email.
Contact and retention
Telephone, email and booking enquiries are used to respond and prepare or perform your contract (Art. 6(1)(b) GDPR). Data is retained for as long as the purpose requires, including applicable statutory accounting or accommodation reporting duties. Required records are generally subject to seven-year accounting retention; legal claims can require longer retention. Enquiries without a contract are deleted when no longer needed, subject to legal duties. Hosting and booking service providers may process data under contract.
Your rights
Subject to legal conditions, you may request access, correction, deletion, restriction or portability, and object to processing based on legitimate interests. You may withdraw consent for the future without affecting earlier lawful processing. International transfers
Our own website does not embed international analytics or advertising networks. Easybooking may involve technical subcontractors; its current privacy information describes those processes and safeguards. Further details are available in the provider’s privacy information.
