For direct bookings where agreed. Individual arrangements and platform booking conditions take priority.

Payment

50% on booking; remaining balance 14 days before arrival.

Cancellation

• At least 3 months before arrival: free.
• Less than 3 months, at least 1 month: 50%.
• Less than 1 month, at least 7 days: 70%.
• Less than 7 days: 90%.

Percentages refer to the agreed total price. Savings and re-letting income are credited. Deposits offset fees; excess amounts are refunded. Free cancellations include a deposit refund.
